Capitol City Umpire Association2007 clinics Rules clinic for $45.00 Offering an 8 week class on rules, at Chemeteka Community College in Salem Oregon. Each weekend, there is a possibility of field mechanics class. Walk-in registrations are welcome however advanced roster information is requested for logistical purposes. Classes are instructed from the Little League rule book and under the direction of western region instructors.
